Master Suite
The « Master Suite » features a large luxurious cabin with a 180 x 200 cm bed, an on-suite bathroom, a stand alone toilet as well as a large TV lounge or private office, which can also be turned into a single cabin. This 20 m2 private suite is fitted with a dedicated and high environmental quality air conditioning unit designed to minimize power consumption.
Guests area (2 cabins / 4 guests)
The guest area includes a double cabin with a large 180 x 120 cm bed and a secondary cabin with 2 single beds (80 x 200) convertible into a double bed. This area features a dedicated bathroom and isolated toilet. It is also fitted with a high environmental quality air conditioning unit designed to minimize power consumption.
Crew or Guests cabins
On the starboard side, a double crew or guests cabin, with all the comfort of its own bathroom, private toilet and an office space.
On the portside, a single cabin which can be turned into a double, with individual bathroom and toilet. This area can also be remodelled to become a « owner office space ».

Scullery and utility room
A dedicated space, next to the kitchen, for stock management (including large refrigerators and a freezer) and laundry services (washing machines and dryer).
Main saloon with a 360° ocean view
The luxury and space of a motor yacht for this 54 m2 main saloon of a sailing yacht. The MODX 70 spacious and bright saloon features a private lounge with an optional pop-up home cinema, a generous dining table for 10-12 guests, a luxurious galley fully furnished with a bar area and a wine cellar.
Aft deck and nautical activities
The 45 m2 shaded area is configurable to your needs. This versatile and luxurious living space includes a large modular sunbathing area, a 12 people dinner/cocktail table and exclusive lounge areas on both sides to enjoy relaxing moments. With its bathing ladder, outdoor shower, and nautical activities launchpad, the aft deck offers the perfect environment to enjoy and share memorable moments.

The two access glass doors open widely on a spacious 35 m2 foredeck, a sleek and comfortable open area of the boat to enjoy a relaxing sunbath with a full view on the ocean. It also features multiple storage areas for your nautical activities.

Instrument panel and helm station
The interior helm station is designed to integrate fully within the main saloon. The instrument panel provides access to the automated control and management of the wings and electric propulsion systems. Its central position, below the wings, allow a 200° viewing angle. All electrical data and energy management features are also centralized on the panel. On the starboard side a chart and navigation table complements the helm station.
Central bow and electric tender
The double concave shape of the central hull bow is designed to comfortably cruise even through rough seas. Its specific shape is custom designed to store the Highfield Ide 3.40 tender, fitted with a Torqueedo 10 kW electric motor, offering an autonomy of 90 minutes with 5 people on-board.
